Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This website (lp.cambrialaw.ca) is operated for Cambria LLP Barristers & Solicitors, 5474 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, AB T6H 4J8. It hosts consultation-request pages for the firm's legal services. This policy explains what information these pages collect and how it is used.
What we collect
- Information you submit through the consultation form: your name, email address, phone number, an optional message describing how we can help, and — optionally — the name of your spouse or partner. The spouse/partner name is requested for one purpose only: it lets the firm run a conflict-of-interest check before contacting you.
- Advertising measurement data: if you arrived from an online ad, the page may record standard campaign parameters (such as Google click identifiers) so the firm knows which advertising brought you here.
- Technical information: standard server records such as IP address and the time of your submission.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, run a conflict check, and measure the firm's advertising. It is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their marketing.
How your submission travels
Form submissions are delivered by email to the firm's lawyers using a transactional email service (Mailgun). Submissions are treated as confidential; however, sending information through this website does not create a lawyer-client relationship, and you should avoid including sensitive details until the firm has confirmed it can act for you.
Analytics and advertising cookies
These pages use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, which set cookies to help understand how visitors reach and use the site. You can limit or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization through your Google settings.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, to meet the firm's professional obligations, and to comply with the law.
Questions, access, and corrections
To ask about, access, or correct personal information you have submitted, contact Cambria LLP at 780-540-8100 or noori@cambrialaw.ca / karanpal@cambrialaw.ca.
